As I am writting this email, a 6 year old kid is trapped inside a  
Mylar helium filled balloon with a flat mushroom shape at 10,000' and  
everyone is helpless to do to anything to bring it down. The craft is  
now drifting over eastern Colorado flying toward the wide open plains  
of Kansas by a NNW. 40 mph wind speed. and heading SW.

The helicopter are trying their best to tract it live. I just hope a  
good angel will help the kid.

Craft is 20' in diameter x 5' high with a cupcake like shape  
underneath. It is an experimental craft and the kid crawled in it  
before becoming air borne. The balloon belongs to the parents.
